Bible Study

Our small group is in between bible studies right now so all the couples are in charge of presenting one night until we start up again in September. Clay and I did The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman tonight. If you've not read it--- it's an easy read and it gave us some insight into our relationship and how we communicate with one another.

Also, please pray for a sweet little 3 month old baby boy-- Joshua Bishop. His family has just learned that he has nueroblastoma (sp?). His daddy just went through a year of treatment for cancer as well. You can learn more about them at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/scottbishop which is Joshua's Daddy's website or http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/joshuabishop-- Joshua's website.
I just learned how to post music to the blog today. If you like the music by Third Day, Mercy Me, dc Talk, or Matt Redman-- then come to Clearbranch UMC on Sunday mornings and you can hear our Praise Band perform it live! That's where I heard it all first!

Jeremy and I received that book as a wedding gift and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.

Hey! So glad that I have your blog now to keep up with you! How are you feeling? I asked about you at school the other day! Hang in there and can't wait to meet your precious little girl!

Hey Christi! I'm so glad I found your blog. I love these things! It's so fun to keep in touch through the blogs! Congratulations on the baby!
We read the Five Love Languages book right before or right after, {can't remember for sure}, we got married. It is awesome.
Good Luck with your new baby!

Christi, The blog looks great. I am really impressed with all of it. I hate that I missed small group last night. I heard y'all did a great job leading, and the lesson is so relevant in our marriages every day. Anyway, can't wait to see the nursery on Monday. Just let me know what time, and if I need to bring anything. Oh, Beth Ann had a good first day at school. Thanks for the prayers. Dawn
