Easter- Yes, Easter

It has taken me awhile to get this post up! I didn't take my camera with me to Andalusia so I used my sister's. I then left the memory card with her so I just got these photos this past weekend!

Audrey had a wonderful first Easter. We went to church on Saturday night!?! and then got up bright and early Sunday to head home to see my family. We dyed eggs, hid eggs and ate eggs! Audrey also got lots of play time in with her sweet cousins.

Laura (dark hair) told me this past weekend that Audrey was her "baby". I said, "She is?" and she said, "We'll just have to share her I guess!" HAHA!! I won't go into the conversation we had about when Audrey lived in my belly! That Laura is one smart cookie!!

Granny helped the girls get everything set up so they could dye their eggs the brightest colors. They were a lot of help.

Notice how close they are? That's so they are right there in case you need one of them.

See that pink/coral egg? That one was Lesa's! Laura made it for her and she was very serious about getting it exactly right. Isn't it lovely?

Audrey spent her time examining Paw Paw. She also got a LOT of enjoyment out of the egg carton.

Laura enjoyed eating those eggs she made. We did hide all the eggs we dyed and nope-- we didn't find them all!!

This sweet girl is the most loving, kind-hearted little girl I know. She loves and loves on Audrey when they are together. She plays with her, holds her, feeds her-- you name it, Gracie wants to do it. She even WANTS to change her diaper. She is an amazing cousin to Audrey. She knows just what to say and do to make Audrey happy. While I was home this last time, Gracie was on the floor just playing and playing with Audrey. She turns to me and says, "I just LOVE her!". I know the feeling, Gracie! Me, too!

Finally, here I am with my sweet baby girl who is growing up way too fast for my liking.

Because I stay at home with her, she is rarely around other adults. She has become a "Momma's Girl". She wants me to hold her all the time (which I love!!). The following pictures are a result of me putting her down so I could take her picture.

It's almost as if she is saying, "What do you think you are doing? Pick me up!"

Now she is serious. :)

I am trying something different with my pictures this time. I am trying to make them a bit bigger. I learned how to do it from Darby. Hopefully it will work out and I will be able to do it. It is a lot easier to just upload the photos to blogger-- they just are smaller that way. I am still trying to figure out how to make that ugly purple border go away. I have tried EVERYTHING! I even had a couple of sweet friends who work with html in their jobs look at it but they couldn't figure it out. I hope I am not stuck with it forever!!!

Update: I tricked the blog! The purple border is still there but you just can't see it. I guess you could say I put a band-aid on the problem.

The next post will hopefully be Mother's Day! :)

Great pictures and I LOVE those Easter dresses!!

I want to upload bigger pictures too (they are just better when they're bigger) but I don't even want to attempt to go through the work of it so I'll just look at your pretty big pictures and mine will stay small:)

Easter has always been a favorite holiday but isn't it just better with a child?! I LOVE Easter now!!

Christi,
If you're wondering why I havent gotten back up with you, it's b/c my e-mail will NOT work! I cannot open any messages nor send one! So annoying! And I can't search the internet but about every other 2/3 days! I don't know what is going on.
So... I do not have any examples for you to look at, but I have decided that I don't want to use any pics b/c they change so often. I guess just use what is in the header now. I do like some designs or graphics (I am totally dumb on this stuff). Anyway, in the header like for example Darby's page. Doest that make sense? And for the colors I like simple but colorful. No background, just white is fine. I have been trying to figure out how to get it where under each persons name it tells me when they have updated their blog but like I said, I am not good with this so I do like that and I like how your page is so wide. With all of that I'm sure you are totally confused! Let me know! Thank you soooooo much!

I love Audrey's easter outfit! Glad she has such loving and wonderful cousins to help care for her. I loved how my girls were so attached to me from being with me 24/7. I believe they will let you carry them as long as you want. I bet Anna would let me carry her if I wanted and she is 5 and way too heavy for me!

I thought I saw your car here on Easter...glad y'all were able to come home and visit!

And I love pouty face (or pitching a fit) pictures...don't you worry about that baby girl being attached to your hip - she will be pushing 3 years old before you know it and thinking she's a "big girl" and can do it all on her own!!!

Okay Christi! A little help here...please. Since Shonna gave us the info on your help with her blog....could you please help me figure out my problem with all my little links not being on the right side of my page?? It's all showing up at the bottom of my blog. I think it's going to have something to do with margins. It appears to be right on my layout page, but then when you preview, it's not right. I can move everything to the left of my page. That's not where I want it though. I know you would have to have my password to sign in and look at it. If you have time, email me and I'll send it to you so you can look at it. Not like you have enough to do right?

I was so glad to get to see Little Miss Audrey at the recital. She's even cuter in person!

I want my pictures to be big like yours and Darby's. Isn't her blog/pictures amazing? But, your talented self does a great job also. I need to come to Camp Christi and learn photography from YOU! :) Secondly, your sweet Gracie is STILL giving me the tightest little hugs at school and I love it!! I can tell she is a sweetheart. She goes out of her way to give me a hug when she sees me!!! TOO PRECIOUS!! I want her in MY class when she enters 4th grade!!!!! Please pass that tid-bit of info on to Lesa, please? ;) Last but not leaset, I LOVE looking at your porcelin baby doll little girl--she's a true beauty!!!!! p.s. will there be a #2 for Audrey to enjoy soon?
